Application
It is applicable to the waste acid cracking furnace at the backend of the acid production line in chemical plants. It utilizes medium atomization to transform the waste acid solution into droplets with an average size of 40-80μm, ensuring complete decomposition of the waste acid and avoiding the flow of undecomposed sulfuric acid to the bottom of the waste acid incinerator, which could cause equipment corrosion and damage. Additionally, it also prevents the blockage caused by sublimation of sulfur.
