Through high-temperature incineration, harmful substances in exhaust gas, such as volatile organic compounds, can be transformed into harmless or low-toxicity substances.
The Tecflame series standard combustion system is selected, which can function as a heating system using either liquefied gas or natural gas as fuel, with dual flow control curves.
RTO Exhaust Gas Treatment
Dual-fuel control. This project has a large quantity and has better pricing compared to equivalent brand requirements.
RCO refers to Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation, which is a catalytic combustion method that decomposes VOCs into CO2 and H2O under low temperature conditions of 200 to 400 degrees Celsius with the help of a catalyst.
RCO Catalytic Combustion
The burner uses an independent external fan to provide fresh combustion-supporting air.
The burner body is installed in the air duct, and the direction of the flame is consistent with the flow of fresh air for desorption, which provides additional heat to the hot air used for desorption.
The burner structure can produce a wide and short flame shape, and independent air distribution can ensure full and stable combustion. It is particularly suitable for the environment of rotary wheel desorption with high temperature control accuracy requirements.
Fresh air first undergoes indirect heat exchange and preheating with RTO flue gas. Then, it is further reheated by the burner to meet the process set temperature and sent to the rotary wheel detachment zone for desorption heat detachment.
