Characteristics of the Project
In the entire process of building material drying and calcination, the drying process accounts for 70-80% of the energy consumption of the entire production line. By using a natural gas hot air generator, costs can be reduced by at least half.
Main Features
Theoretical 100%, the burner is directly installed in the pipeline, and the air in the pipeline directly takes away the heat, resulting in minimal heat loss and lower gas consumption.
The flame length is only 50cm-75cm, making the hot air generator compact in design and occupying a smaller area, the short flame does not affect the rear-end equipment of the hot air generator.
The power is related to the size of the burner and can be designed as either an H or direct pressure burner, the system fan can provide both blowing and suction functions, and can be installed horizontally or vertically.
The turndown ratio under normal operating conditions is at least 25:1, ensuring precise temperature control, no risk of overheating, and fuel savings.
CO emissions are almost zero, NOx emissions are 80mg/m3, low emissions, and no pollution. There are many heating surfaces, distributed in the air duct, suitable for air duct hot air heating, and uniform temperature.
