Thermflame waste gas Incineration combustion system is specifically designed for cylindrical or tubular incinerators equipped with heat exchangers.
The inlet temperature of the burner can reach 1050°C, and the outlet temperature can reach 1600°C.
There are 15 models available, with all-metal components and a power of up to 8790KW.
The oxygen content in the waste gas is usually not lower than 18%. For special requirements, please consult Daiding Company.
The modulation ratio can reach 25:1, with high temperature control accuracy and greater energy efficiency.
Application
Organic waste gas from color-coated panels, chemical synthesis organic waste gas, organic waste gas from coating drying rooms, organic waste gas from printing and coating, organic waste gas from electronic manufacturing, etc.
