DYDTEC Combustion held the meeting in the main venue of the Shanghai office, with the online connection of global agents and offices. The aim was to be customer demand-oriented, build an efficient organization, and improve business efficiency.



CEO Cao Zhengguang reviewed the business achievements of the first half of 2024, including data and indicator performances in aspects such as overall performance, one-time delivery rate, and personnel efficiency.



They include reconfiguring business processes and building an efficient organization. Specific measures include reconfiguring the workflow system for business collaboration, establishing an efficient collaboration platform, building a digital department workbench, promoting organizational upgrading, clarifying rights, responsibilities, and performance, and sorting out job positions to establish a KPI system for strategy and implementation.



Taking business standardization and process intelligence as the core, enhance the core competitiveness of products and achieve rapid delivery through measures such as R & D pre-positioning and establishing an outsourcing platform for end business. It is committed to creating an efficient and intelligent closed-loop industrial chain middle platform, forming the DYDTEC platform model, including the four-in-one strategy of business algorithmization, industrialization of the link, integration of production and research, and globalization layout of the business network.


The clear planning for the next five years is from internal to external, business to technology, capacity to resources, and gradually promote development.
