On November 13th, the 12 sets of combustion systems with ultra-large air volume treatment, custom-made by DYDTEC Combustion for Datang Keshiketeng Coal Chemical Industry, completed the commissioning and installation and achieved a successful one-time ignition! It is worth mentioning that the treatment air volume of the RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) in each system is as high as 340,000 cubic meters, which can be regarded as the combustion system with the largest treatment air volume in China at present!
The burners of this system use purified gas as fuel, with hydrogen accounting for 60%. It is worth noting that the burners selected are from Rapidflame, a high-end brand under DYDTEC Combustion. In terms of pipeline design and manufacturing, the gas main valve skid falls within the category of pressure pipelines.
As one of the few manufacturers in China with the production qualification for pressure pipelines, DYDTEC Combustion can easily meet the special requirements of customers for high inlet pressure of pipelines. In addition, this system also has technical features such as intelligence, integration, and simplified operation. It enables the visualization of key parameters such as gas flow rate, pressure, combustion status, and fault alarms. The equipment is skid-mounted and integrated, which is easy to install and greatly reduces the on-site construction and equipment commissioning time.
