Application

The DNX-C/M series burner is suitable for applications that enhance combustion gas recirculation, improve efficiency, improve temperature uniformity, and significantly reduce emissions. The DNX-C/M series burner includes medium, high speed, and ultra high speed flame modes, and the combustion chamber material is refractory burner bricks. The DNX-C/M series burner adopts a delayed mixing cup structure, which delays the mixing process of air and gas in the combustion chamber, reduces the flame temperature in the combustion chamber, and at the same time, the faster flame outlet speed significantly entrains the smoke inside the furnace, effectively reducing the generation of nitrogen oxides. The DNX-C/M series burner has a load adjustment range of 1:22, and also has strong air and gas excess capacity. The DNX-C/M series burner allows the use of ambient temperature air and preheating combustion air. The DNX-C/M series burner is suitable for various gas media such as natural gas, liquefied gas, coke oven gas, etc.
