The self-recuperative burner is equipped with an injector when used for direct heating. The injector extracts the flue gas from the furnace, and when the flue gas flows through the heat exchanger, it can heat the combustion air. The heating effect varies depending on the application location, up to 700 ℃.

Application
The D-MAX self-recuperative burner is suitable for industrial furnaces and combustion systems in the steel and non-ferrous metal industries.
Indirect heating applications
The high-speed injection of combustion gas from the combustion chamber leads to flue gas recirculation, which can reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and uniform radiation tube temperature. When high-temperature flue gas is extracted from the outer wall of the heat exchanger, it heats the heat exchanger. When the combustion air flows through the heat exchanger, it is heated by the heat exchanger. Convective heat transfer can heat the combustion air up to 700 ℃.
