Application
The D-RC regenerative burner is mainly composed of a regenerative body, fuel nozzle, high-temperature air nozzle, insulated pipeline, directional valve, etc. The A-RC integrated heat storage burner is equipped with two sets of heat storage chambers and corresponding two independent gas channels. In this way, one working group is spraying flames, while the other working group plays a role in smoke exhaust and heat storage. After a period of time, it switches through a directional valve.
When the regenerative burner is in operation, the high-temperature flue gas, under the action of the induced draft fan, passes through the smoke exhaust channel and transfers heat to the regenerative body in the regenerative chamber, causing the flue gas temperature to drop below 200-C and be discharged. When the heat storage of the regenerative body approaches saturation, the reversing valve switches to allow air to enter the regenerative chamber in the opposite direction. The high-temperature heat storage body heats the combustion air, while the heat storage body is cooled.
