Application
DSD burner has high combustion efficiency with a blue flame. All parameters in the combustion products meet the national environmental protection standards. Small power adjustment range, low noise, no flashback, no misfire.
The burner head is made of heat-resistant stainless steel material, and the burner has automatic ignition and detection functions. When used in conjunction with the ignition controller, it can achieve automatic temperature control and extinguishing alarm of the kiln.
The DSD overall burner has a very high cost performance ratio, while also considering the stability of the structure. It has a simple structure, easy operation, integrated assembly, and high installation accuracy. Assembling silicon carbide and burner together for more precise alignment can use preheated air (below 200 ℃).
